The monthly par is what you burn continuously: filters, chemistry, pads, bags, textiles. Restoration is episodic and job-driven; facilities is consumption-driven, and the distribution failure mode is a missed standing order, not a missed emergency.

Why is the par built around HVAC filters?

Because that is where Stampede has real depth: stocked filter SKUs in MERV-8, carbon, and HEPA across common sizes, on a change schedule that tightens for healthcare and industrial facilities. It is also a par line most janitorial suppliers ignore. The tool does not size trash liners or restroom paper, because Stampede does not stock them.

ISSA 612 cleaning-time data is licensed material and this tool does not cite rate numbers Stampede has not licensed. Productivity rates come from the stocked machines; pad life, bag life, coverage per gallon, and filter intervals are labeled Stampede planning figures. ISSA CIMS is a management framework reference, not a rate source. The par covers what Stampede stocks, so it does not include trash liners or restroom paper.
