How this estimate works

This tool reads two axes. The affected material area sets the remediation level, and the IICRC S520 Condition sets the chemistry. Two standards are in play and this page keeps them separate: ANSI/IICRC S520 defines Conditions 1, 2, and 3 and does not prescribe square-foot levels, while the Level I to IV tiers come from EPA and NYC DOH guidance. Negative pressure is a Level III and above control, so the tool will not size a negative-air machine for a smaller job. Actual counts and chemistry depend on assessment, substrate, and the certified remediator’s evaluation. Stampede is a distributor, not a remediation contractor. The remediation contractor makes the final determination.
